Story Snacks - strategies to get 5 a day playful story enrichments in your setting.
A workshop by Sal Tonge for storytellers, teachers/ educators, early years workers.
We shall investigate embracing the moments ‘in between’ to see how story play and games can enrich the learning environment. We shall discuss and try out some ideas for you to take away and learn in your own way.
Led by Sal Tonge an experienced storyteller who works extensively with schools, in early years settings and with audiences with special sensory needs. Expect a busy playful day: adding new dimensions to your storytelling with textures, mark making, rhyme and improvisation.

This workshop will run from 10.30am - 4pm in Ballyeamonn Barn, 127 Ballyemon Road, Cushendall. Lunch will be provided, but feel free to bring your own lunch and snacks if you wish.
